This old Catalan farmhouse from the 15th century was meticulously renovated in 2020, with great attention to detail and respect for tradition. It is located in a magical setting, in the midst of a nature reserve that offers absolute tranquility and breathtaking views over the Gavarres massif. Just 20 minutes from both the historic center of Girona and La Bisbal d'Emporda.

The foundation of the farmhouse was laid in 1492, so the property breathes history. Upon opening the antique wooden front door, the impressive Catalan vaulted ceilings are the first thing you see, and you immediately feel the positive energy that fills the space. By using materials such as polished concrete, natural stone, solid oak wood, and corten steel, the renovation managed to retain the old charm and soul of the home. For instance, on the ground floor, at the main entrance, the original stone floor has been preserved, while the rest of the ground floor has been fitted with polished concrete, creating a beautiful contrast with the stone walls.

It is a unique and enchanting property composed of three sections: the original farmhouse (650 m2), a private residence of 150 m2, and a caretaker's apartment of 200 m2.

The original farmhouse serves as the main building, featuring a professional kitchen, a dining room, a living room, and a bar on the ground floor.
